Job Description
Location: LAS VEGAS Title: Marketing & Leisure Sales Manager Type: Full Time
Blue Man Group Las Vegas is looking for a Marketing Manager with leisure market sales and promotions experience to join a growing and very fast paced Marketing Department. This role will focus on marketing initiatives for Blue Man Group Las Vegas projects within the leisure/single ticket market. This role reports to the Director of Marketing Las Vegas.
Responsibilities include: Ensure that Blue Man Group values and artistic vision are understood and supported across the organization; Develop, implement and maintain marketing plans and strategies in conjunction with the Marketing team that focus on Leisure/Single Ticket initiatives including, but not limited to: Affiliate Web Marketing, Broker Sales and Promotions; adhering to all Blue Man Group marketing philosophies and practices; coordinate effective communication within and outside the organization to ensure alignment with all parties on assigned projects; conduct and/or attend meetings as required; develop metrics to analyze and track effectiveness of integrated sales and marketing initiatives. Project management duties include organizing, executing and hosting promotional events, collaborating on a wide variety of creative projects and miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Candidates must be highly organized, outgoing, collaborative, self-starters who are able to multi-task within a busy work environment. Must have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), strong relationship building skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and database software. This is a full-time position with benefits.
