Job Description The Beverly Hills office has an exciting opportunity for an experienced, motivated, and polished assistant with a firm grasp of key players in the entertainment industry. This is a high volume position with heavy phones requiring long hours and strong computer skills. The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded individual with a stellar work ethic, common sense and a meticulous attention to detail. This position requires the ability to shift priorities quickly in response to changing circumstances, remaining flexible, calm and focused while multi-tasking at a very fast pace on behalf of a busy and creative agent.
Competitive compensation includes overtime and full benefits. Impeccable, verifiable references are required.
Requirements: To be considered, applicants must have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, and a minimum of 1 year of experience at a talent agency (preferably in motion pictures) or as assistant to an executive at a motion picture company. Candidates must have a track record of trust with confidential information and be passionate about making a full commitment to the position as a significant stage in their own career development.
